I received a response to the complaint I initially filed with the CFPB today ( XX/XX/2022 ). I did not receive the items I specifically requested in my initial letter to the collection agency ( XXXX XXXX XXXX ). The collection agency merely forwarded a letter summarizing charges they claim are due. The letter was not even on letterhead nor was there anything provided from the original creditor ( XXXX XXXX of KY ). Attached is the letter I sent via certified mail with return receipt today ( XX/XX/2022 ) to the collection agency noting that I would not accept what I received from them to validate the related claim. I am also attaching a copy of the letter I received from them today. Note that I demand the related collection account be deleted from my credit report immediately.
