Consumer Narrative

On XX/XX/22 Ad Astra Recovery Services Inc. gained access to my checking account and I am unsure how they did it but they wrote themselves out a payment check for the balance I owe Speedy Cash ( speedy cash sold my debt to Ad Astra ) of {$590.00}. I did not give anybody permission to do that nor did Ad Astra have a court order. I called Ad Astra today ( XX/XX/22 ) in order to find a solution to paying of my debt and was basically told by the woman I spoke to that it was an attempt to collect a debt and that they had sent letters and had called me about AND that if I didn't resolve the issue they would basically gain access to my account again and attempt to take out the money again.
