I ordered a package XXXX which my package was stolen before I arrived home i called XXXX to dispute they request poloce report I provided that they refuse to refund my moneyXXXX with all the information they need. I dispute with my credit card company they applied XXXX credit, XXXX months later they stated i lost the dispute and backcharged the amount.. i made a payment XXXX XXXX they made it hard for me to make my payment restrictions my account and loed to my face about XXXX not refunding me my money XXXXXX/XX/XXXX.called XXXX on 3wat with bank and XXXX stated they refunded the money XXXX bank is over charging me and they are not disputing or helping me in anyway they are withholding my money even after i have paid my balance in full.. i am asking for help to have this matter resolved asap within 7 days it is affecting my credit score and lively hood i cant even get approval for apartment because of the mistakes capital one made.. and they are treating me like i did something wronge by trying to lay my bill off saying fraud on my account and finding any reason to avoid giving mewhat is rightfully XXXX XXXX refunded it so why is any balance still pending on ym account going into XXXX if i was refunded..
