I called ally Bank to let them know that the 1099 INT for XXXX was not correct. They did not agree. I told them that if you add up the interest for the Year XXXX it did not add up to {$2100.00}. This is the amount added to the account when the CD matured not what was earned in XXXX. They opened a case in the beginning of XX/XX/XXXX on XX/XX/XXXX Ally Bank said the 1099 was correct and they closed the case.
