On XX/XX/XXXX 2022 I sent a HIPAA letter to XXXX at their address via certified mail. I never received notification of this debt and asked the company to provide me validation of the debt by sending a copy of the contract that I supposedly have with them, my actual signature, and by requesting documentation of how they calculated what I supposedly owed to them. On XX/XX/XXXX22 I received a letter stating the debt was verified by the creditor with an amount owed and nothing more. As a protected consumer, I have a right to know the information requested for validation. I provided the company the appropriate amount of time and have not received sufficient validation.
