This file is in review for loss mitigation with Movement Mortgage. We have not gotten any real update since XXXX. We request call backs and escalate for updates weekly with no response. The lender is delaying the file on purpose. The reps that answer the phone state that they do not have to ability to transfer the call to a supervisor. Their only solution is to escalate the file and request for an update and that is getting us nowhere.
