The company, Planet Home lending contacted me to let me know they did not receive a payment for the month of XXXX. After contacting my bank, XXXX, it was determined that the check was sent to an older address that the company had. In essence I continued to send my check to the same PO., however the company had moved and I was not notified. I am being charged a late fee of {$31.00}. In discussion with the rep. I would have to find the money to pay today or a note would be made to my credit score. I did have to call my bank, stop the check, pay the statement again. This is predatory!
