The balance from my M & M CREDIT ( Original Creditor : XXXX XXXX XXXXXXXX XXXX ) with the account number XXXX was paid to the physicians company who stated they would verify as paid in full with your bureau. No update was made. This company has engaged in deceptive practices and violated the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act by reporting a balance on a paid in full and closed account. Please contact this company, verify as Paid, and change status immediately. Please note you are also reporting my private health information. To do so, you must provide your HIPAA clearance to me. Please provide documentation proving that you are not abrogating my rights by reporting.
