I mailed Lexis Nexis a second letter on XX/XX/2022 via certified letter from the US Postal Service. This was my second requesting asking for validation on an alleged bankruptcy they are reporting. The first time, inever recieved a response from Lexis Nexis, which is why I sent the second request certified mail. According the the US Postal Service, my request was receieved on XXXX XXXX, 2022. As it stands today, I still have not reeieved any updates, and it is pass the 30 days they have to complete an investigation, per the Fair Credit Reporting Act.
