Equifax removed an inaccurate credit reporting in XX/XX/XXXX and then put it back on my credit XX/XX/XXXX. This has resulted in XXXX missed payments on my score. This was a lease agreement, not a creditor. They have falsely reported the account as a line of credit and Equifax knows this and yet they allowed missed payments to ruin my credit. In addition the claim was proven inaccurate and removed over a year ago and now they have put it on again. The original complaint was against a property management company, XXXX XXXX XXXX. The item was found to be incorrect and removed and then put back on without merit. The item was a collection for a lease agreement. It has instead been reported as a line of credit with missed payments. The original claim was fraudulent and deceptive to begin with and removed by Equifax ( I have attached two dispute numbers, I do not remember which it was and Equifax has since deleted the disputes and resolutions however they looked it up when I called and admitted they put it back on in error. Putting this false reporting back on to my credit over a year after the initial removal has severely damaged my Equifax credit score. When I disputed this the investigation was closed four hours after I filed it ( I attached the screen shot of the date dispute was started and completed. Both are on XX/XX/XXXX. ) .Equifax did not even investigate properly. I have called to resolve and they admitted it was an error on their part however they have yet to fix it. I am so distraught that Equifax would do this to me. They do not pay attention to what they are doing and they do not care what the repercussions are for consumers.
