Started monitoring my credit in 2017 and noticed a student loan, have been trying to report a fraudlent account had been opened in my name but had experienced a financial hardship. When I began to get financially stable I was able to start disputes, report my identity stolen and get my life back. I called XXXX XXXX XXXX, XXXX and NelNet to dispute directly through them. Nelnet refuses to investigate even with my identity theft report being submitted to them. I did not authorize any student loans and had no knowledge of this account until XXXX later.
