At XXXX XXXX XXXXXXXX on XXXX XXXX Capital accounts called waking me up and from what I understand it is against the law to call before XXXX. I am not sure why they are calling as I was upset and yelled at them saying never can before XXXX again. I originally thought it was a telemarketer but after looking up CAP ACCOUNTS ( the caller ID ) it said it was a debt collection agency. I was hung up on twice when I called back but the third time calling I lied and said I was recording a call so they transferred my call to a manager. The manager put me on hold for 10 min and came back acting like he did not know why I was calling. I asked him for address, phone, and name of the company I told him I was going to file a complaint. Then he put me on a 17 min hold.
