I need to report XXXX account for violating the Fair Credit Reporting Act. Theyre claiming I have late payments but their records are incorrect. Ive contact the company & requested verifiable proof and they have failed to provide with any verifiable documents. They have failed to comply with FCRA section 611 & are willful noncomplying which is a violation of sections 616 & 617I need them to correct their records or be held accountable for their actions. The information is creating great emotional & physical stress and creating me sleepless nights where its impacting my job performance.
