On XX/XX/XXXX I sent a certified letter to XXXX XXXXXXXX XXXX XXXX to close a credit card that I never use ever, the credit card was opened on XXXX. I never use the card, never missing payment, I called the bank again on XX/XX/XXXX, the bank representative who spoke to me said never received a letter, then I sent the bank another letter to close the my account, the bank never close my account. On XX/XX/XXXX I got a warning from Experian that Ive a late payment. I was shocked and surprised, because I never miss a payment ever and my score was XXXX. After I did a lot of search / investigation, I found was XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX who reported me for missing payment. I called the bank on XX/XX/XXXX to XXXX XXXXXXXX XXXX XXXX employee ( her named XXXX ), she asked me to complete a dispute form, I completed the dispute charges, I signed and faxed to XXXX XXXXXXXX XXXX XXXX On XXXX I spoke more than 10 times to all employees at XXXX, I spoke to XXXX, then XXXX ( employee at XXXX XXXX XXXX, and XXXX ( manger of the credit card department at XXXX I also spoke to HR person ( his name XXXX ) and also spoke the complaint office at XXXX. XXXX, XXXX are unprofessional, unethical, they accused me and threatening me to destroying my score and financial, and I also they raised their voices, yelling at me and use XXXX word. Ive been also discriminated by XXXX and XXXX, They also reported false information to Credit bureau agencies ( they sent a false information and told the agency that Ive two accounts, and I only have one account not two, the Bank lied and scammed credit report agencies. They destroyed my score ( my score was XXXX with Experian, and my score now is XXXX at the moment. When I trying to call them again. The treated me unfair, with no respect, humiliation and XXXX. They have make it very clear ( they wont solve my problem due to my accent and XXXX heritage, and Im not a XXXX person, because they believe the people of XXXX are lying. I believe XXXX XXXXXXXX XXXX XXXX are unprofessional, illegal acting, and XXXX XXXX Bank. It took me 17 years to reach XXXX, and first national bank destroyed me in a month by lying and scams and XXXX. I have filed over 20 complaints against XXXX XXXXXXXX XXXX XXXX and Experian. # Experian credit report ignored my dispute and refused it look at my history and my documents, I believe Experian credit report is private agency and trade agency who sell sensitive information outside of the USA, when I called Experian at their office in the XXXX, Ive been told they care less about rights and complaints. And Experian supposed to keep US citizens confidential in the United States of America. Experian destroyed my score and attacked my financial from XXXX to XXXX without thinking about the harmful effects on my financial and my life. Experian customer services also told me theyve a right to destroy my score and my file ( and this was Experian office in the XXXX. Experian is private company no government agency, and have no right to destroy my life / financial and my credit. Im looking forward for a fair trails and investigation in this matter.
