My name is XXXX XXXX. I currently have an XXXX XXXX with Westlake Financial. To date, XX/XX/2022, I have received several threats regarding repossessing my vehicle, regardless of 5 or 6 days past due. This company repeatedly threatens to repossess the vehicle or make a payment, verbally. I am completely at a lost for words. I advised him that I would like to make a payment and he continued to directly ensure that it was out for repossession. I explained that I Today at XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX I spoke with a representative XXXX and he explained that I do not qualify for any type of assistance and that my car is out for repossession. I have called several times repeatedly requesting for help ( numerous Westlake Representatives ) for status information, a return call from various negotiators as well as your Presidents contact information and/or the Department that handles Escalated matters such as this one. Please understand, I am not seeking any sort of sympathy, only assistance to get back on track. I am disheartened at how this company treats people during a pandemic and attempting to get back on track. I have been unsuccessful at obviously getting to the accurate authoritative person to provide me information that is a reciprocated interest, other than continue to mention repo. I was told that my last payment would bring my account current however, today, I was told conflicting information. To this day, I am very uncertain on how I was approved for a deferment and now I'm in repossession status. The company will continue to call and hang up when attempting to speak with a supervisor. I am humbly asking, once again for contact information for your Presidents office. I'm also advising you that we are taking necessary steps to seek the attention to my situation, because I am very certain that we are not the only auto owners that are being threatened. It is my opinion that because so many families are facing financial hardships that your department is so overwhelmed, and some files are not being properly handled and/or worked. It appears to be so much easier to decline or push a file off by repeatedly stating repo. It is my intention to work with Westlake, not build a fence between us. Respectfully, XXXX XXXX XXXX
