XXXX XXXX card account handled by XXXX Bank was charged off more than five years ago, but a collection agency Crown Asset Management , LLC is now starting to try and collect the debt on this charged off account of XXXX under File number XXXX. When t CROWN ASSET SENT ME A collection request around XX/XX/2022, I replied in writing with their letter stating that the account at XXXX Bank they are trying to collect was charged off more than XXXX years ago. And I am no longer liable for the debt. They then sent a packet dated XX/XX/2022 attempting to collect this >5 year debt which shows as closed with no pending balance as of today at the XXXX credit bureaus. I've made a good faith call to the lawyer handling this case XXXX XXXX XXXX and spoke with a collector XXXX XXXX XXXX this case and confirmed my address and personal info with her today Thursday XX/XX/2022 regarding the illegitimacy of this debt because of its charged off status, and that I am no longer liable for this debt.
