Early warning is a consumer reporting agency that specializes for banks. I discovered in XXXX of 2021 that they were reporting information from several banks that did not belong to me because of identity theft. 2 of the banks agreed with me and they stopped reporting at early warning. XXXX, who I have already filed a complaint against for the same actions because they are the ones reporting it too early warning. Early warning has all the proper documentation to remove that account from my file. They are going with a report from XXXX. They have the certified police report as well as the identity theft report in their possession. They go by what XXXX supplied them only XXXX has never talked to me since since I went to the police. The police cleared me because they caught the person that did this and my fingerprints did not match his. That's how I know I am right in this and these people are wrong and harming me because they are arrogantly stupid and doing something that is wrong and against the law. It is beyond me that these people think that they could be correct when the police have already proven it wasn't me. Like trump when he took out the full page ad in XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXXXXXX after the XXXX XXXX XXXX were cleared because of DNA evidence. Sometimes people just want to be right when they are 100 % wrong but when it harms somebody they need to get over that.
