My account was hacked three times thru Wells Fargo. The charges were all taken from cash app from my account to some cash app account. the first claim I was able to be refunded. I went to the bank to get a new card. Not too long after similar fraudulent charges again to cash app were made. This made me believe my account number it self was compromised I was assured by the bank it was not and they wouldnt allow me to get a new account or withdrawal all the funds from my account as my last name on the account was my married name XXXX not my maiden XXXX. I was divorced and needed a certified copy of my divorce decree instead of the online copy I received as the divorce was done all online during covid. Well for a third time my account was hacked for {$5700.00} and {$2500.00} from the same exact way thru cash app and Wells Fargo is continue to deny my claim as I keep trying to escalate it. Had I have been able to get a new account or take my money out of my account as I tried this would not have ever happened for a third time. My concern as well is if I already had two fraud claims just since XX/XX/2021 for large amounts, why wouldnt these charges cause a red flag at the bank? I have filed a police report along with a claim with Washington State Attorney XXXX XXXX. Please help me to get my money back I am a single mother of XXXX.
