I would like to state that XXXX and Transunion is in violation of 15 U.S.Code 1681 ( b ) ( a ) ( 2 ) which states that a consumer reporting agency may furnish a consumer report in accordance with the written instruction of the consumer. I never gave XXXX or Transunion written consent to report anything on my consumer report. No consent is identity theft. These items have been illegally furnished on my consumer report. If they are not removed, I will no longer extend my credit or allow XXXX or Transunion to furnish a report for me. I would like to state that pursuant to 15 U.S.Code 1681 ( a ) ( 1 ) that the banking system is dependent upon fair and accurate consumer reports. By XXXX and Transunion allowing these inaccuracies to be furnished on my consumer report it has cost me to lose confidence in the banking system. If XXXX and Transunion wants to continue doing business with me they should delete these inaccuracies from my consumer report.
