XXXX and XXXX opened a Genesis Financial Services account when I was purchasing furniture I had a account already with XXXX so Im not sure why they opened the second account but I disputed with credit bureaus and it was closed in XXXX but reopened by Genesis in XXXX I have disputed 3x with credit bureaus but Genesis XXXX rains the account When I call Genesis they tell me its closed but its still o my credit report as open for {$4000.00}
