on XX/XX/XXXX, I called to have Genesis FS Card Services aka Milestone Mastercard removed the XXXX annual fee for this year and close the account so that I can pay the balance off and the customer service representative refused to removed the fee and close the account citing that I used the card at a vendor. I informed the representative that I used the card at XXXX on XXXX and the fee was placed on the card XX/XX/XXXX which is after the charge. I asked for a supervisor and the representative dropped the call. I want the company to remove the fee, close this account so that I can pay the balance off.
