Homepoint Financial Paid my new insurance carrier ( I switched carriers ) on XX/XX/2022 for two insurance policies -Homeowners policy {$2300.00}, Wind {$1100.00}, and assumed a third policy from my previous agent for Flood {$1900.00}, and my escrow account was negative $ XXXX. A few weeks later I added {$4500.00} to my escrow account. Meanwhile the check that was paid out by Homepoint on the XXXX of XXXX was lost, and never received by the insurance company. After many calls and an " investigation '' done by Homepoint, they had no information on the check, so they paid my insurance carrier another {$2300.00} for the lost check, out of MY ESCROW and now I'm out ANOTHER {$2300.00}!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Homeoint financial double paid my carrier and lost one of the checks and stole {$2300.00} from me.
