I have a loan with the accounts below. I have always made my payments on time. As you can see, I have always had a stellar payment record with these companies. I tried contacting the EQUIFAX with no successful resolution. There was definitely an error on their part. I've disputed it with EQUIFAX & they too are withholding any verifiable proof. I believe their records are wrong & I'd like this matter handled ASAP. Please update to OPEN/never late. This is a strict violation of Fair Credit Reporting Act sections 611,616 & 617.
