I had an issue with linking my bank account for automatic withdrawals. Their system would not allow me to link my new account. I tried to send them emails because that is what they prefer and I did not get any responses. I had to ask my former bank to allow me to have access to the old account and re-link it and then create a new account with XXXX XXXXo link the account. However due to having to go through all of that AND not hearing back from them, my payment was late AND I was reported delinquent. Grain has failed to respond to my emails and when I call their number you literally can not talk to anyone because its just a recorded message. The only email response I get is the automatic email after I send them an email and the one advising to send detail information
