In XX/XX/XXXX I was asked to be put on the fresh start program due to laid off due to work decline from COVID affecting the company I work. After being placed on the program I was informed by first investor financial that I wouldnt have a payment due until XX/XX/XXXX. I made payment arrangements to pay XXXX at the end of XXXX. I received a email from first financial on XX/XX/XXXX to contact them because my car may be up for repro referral. My car was repossessed at the same time I received this email not giving me time to resolved the issue at hand. The car was repossessed on XX/XX/XXXX. I was also told that my car was scheduled to be repossessed since XXXX XXXX. First investor financial took and processed a payment for me on XX/XX/XXXX and then told me on XX/XX/XXXX that they cant take payments from me since my car was repossessed after already taking a payment from me on XX/XX/XXXX. I was informed by a first investor financial collection at the end of XX/XX/XXXX that I was in fact in the fresh start program and didnt have a payment due until XXXX and another in XXXX.
