Consumer Narrative

ABILITY RECOVERY SERVI is attempting to collect a debt that is not mine/a result of identity theft. Furthermore, ABILITY RECOVERY SERVI did not inform me of any such collection prior to reporting it on my credit report, which they are required to do so. By law, I should be able to request verification of the debt which I was not even given the opportunity to inform them that I have been a victim of identity theft.
