Consumer Narrative

I am an XXXX XXXX in the public school system, and have been since XX/XX/XXXX. I have been paying off my direct loans through Nelnet since XX/XX/XXXX. When I went to XXXX School WHILE working full time at a XXXX XXXX public school, I called and asked to be able to continue paying my student loans. They placed me on deferment, much to my repeated request not to be. Based on XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX counts, I would be at XXXX payments as of now and have my loans forgiven if my loans were not deferred. My deferment period was from XX/XX/XXXX to XX/XX/XXXX.
