Debit is listed under my dads name. XXXX XXXX 1- XXXX was my dad 2. XXXX died on XX/XX/XXXX 3 notification from national recovery advises XXXX that he owes XXXX as of XX/XX/XXXX. He died on XX/XX/XXXX. 4- national recovery reported on my credit report. My name is XXXX XXXX. I am not XXXX XXXX 5- as his daughter I dont inherit his debt. Although Ive tried to clear it up, but national recovery must submit reliable documentation of correct amount of debt. They have failed to do so. 6- national recovery reports on credit report that XXXX owes {$440.00} 7- Ive asked national recovery to justify the amount owed, to no avail. 8- I dont quite understand how the credit reporting agencies can place such a derogatory action on a consumers file without verifying the validity of the debt and the person that owes the debt. This is a serious abuse of power on the credit reporting agencies. Once again, my name is XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX. XXXX Please advise. I have all documents available to substantiate my claim.
