Im filing this complaint because Experian is damaging my character and Ive tried numerous of times to get the matters escalated and resolved with them directly. Ive been a victim of identity theft an account was opened in my name by XXXX XXXX XXXX. The account has been removed from a XXXX on XX/XX/XXXX of XXXX and he has been removed from XXXX on XX/XX/XXXX. Admission is deletion especially if the other credit bureaus have remove this account from my credit report. I have provided all of the documentation to them such as a identity theft report, copy of my Id and police report. Experian has failed numerous of times in helping me get this matter remove. Under law 15 USC 1681 in 15 CSC 6992G, I have rights as a consumer where it protect me. Hear me out on XX/XX/XXXX of XXXX I open up a dispute with experience on the behalf of this account again, experience has felt doing their proper investigation and updated me with the account has been verified that it belongs to me in less than seven days. There was no proper documentation that was attached to this dispute as by supervisor XXXX on my call today. Immediately after open into dispute via phone with the representative I mailed that documentation to them the next day. It was confirmed over the weekend that they receive my documentations and they uploaded to the portal they open the case immediately closed it again which states on my credit report on XX/XX/XXXX to the account dispute has been modified by an Experian dispute specialist. Im asking for this matter to be escalated an account to be removed from my character report as if demanding my buying power as well as my character. Im very frustrated and seeking help asap. This is the only account negatively impacting my score.
