I sent a debt validation letter three times on the following dates : XX/XX/2022, XX/XX/2022 and XX/XX/2022 and each time this company has failed to validate the debt. They have refused my rights in knowing the adequate validation requirement and have included numerous falsified statements within each letter response. Instead, this company sent a list of my medical records in which I know is a direct violation of HIPPA regulations. I never signed a HIPPA authorization form permitting this company to have access to my personal medical files.
