Consumer Narrative

I HAVE NEW & UPDATED INFORMATION ON XXXX AND EQUIFAX. I XXXX XXXX the consumer, have evidence that XXXX AND EQUIFAX are willlfully noncompliant to federal law FCRA 605B ( 15 U.S.C. 1681c-2 ). On XXXX I sent correspondence to EQUIFAX in response to ( complaint # XXXX ) & also sent correspondence to XXXX in response to ( complaint # XXXX ) ( see attached file ). In my previous complaint, I notified both XXXX AND EQUIFAX that they had 4 days upon receipt to block all of the items Ive listed inside of my identity theft report on XXXX. XXXX and EQUIFAX failed to meet those requirements. I have proof and evidence of both receipts ( see attached file ). Instead, XXXX AND EQUIFAX chose to put my FTC report in ( the system ) as a 30 day dispute to verify the same information PRIOR to the block WITH the furnishers of those same items I made notice of being fraudulent. Both companies are continuing to report False misleading information on my consumer report and are using the same information in my file that I made known to be identity theft, to verify the same information. By doing so, XXXX AND EQUIFAX are in violation of 15 USC 1681c-2 ( c ) ( 3 ). Theyre knowingly using the presence of the information inside of my consumer file PRIOR to the block to verify information on me. The FTC regulates this requirement XXXX & EQUIFAX failed to abide. I have documents from the FTC siding with my complaint ( see attached file ). I would like to now state that the consumer reporting agency XXXX has obeyed this requirement by blocking the information from reporting ( see attached file & see complaint # XXXX ). Pursuant to 15 USC 1681i ( a ) ( 5 ) ( D ) Automated reinvestigation system. EQUIFAX and XXXX are in violation for knowingly ignoring the block of information reported as identity theft pursuant to the automated system of all consumer reporting agencies.
