My indigo MasterCard had a fraudulent charge on it I looked up the website that was on my mobile app and it was the same one they got me today quick performance active or creative not sure you tell the website and they say its a scam we get calls all the time and theyre ruining our business they call me back to have me help them or their lieing either way my indigo card they were supposed to cancel and send me a new XXXX XXXX weeks max I never got the card a month and a half or so more later but kept getting even the bills and they were different and then they would be more and then I would call and then they really go thats not right let me talk to my supervisor and then they would hang up on me or they keep me on hold so long that I had no choice in the matter of XXXX weeks simple disputes hey can you please block this from ever happening again you see this charge from this place dont let it go through I dont know how its happening but my credit score was a XXXX and now its at XXXX and they want me to pay them because I canceled the account. And theyre trying to get me for the car and I had prior and the car to head after but never came thats for indigo platinum MasterCard with the XXXX XXXX dollar limit from XXXX XXXX I have no problem paying them but I dont trust them especially since I just got a new bank with the credit union and I dont want to have that information compromised because Ive been getting financially ruined due to these cards and I were to know if yours to get my credit score up and then just have a drop because somebody doesnt want to do their job right or theyre overwhelmed or whatever but I have evidence to prove everything and I dont think me wanting to give them my new bank information because I dont trust them XXXX out of the ordinary request XXXX pay them with a prepaid card thats not an option they said do you want to bank and routing number its not fair Im about to quit and give up! They should both consider the counts paid in full Theyrecord all phone calls And I had information and I wanted to see if they had up-to-date information and they didnt if I was to close my account The day would it cost me an extra XXXX bucks ive been unemployed since XX/XX/2021 but I still manage to pay all my bills {$2500.00} a month by myself I work too hard to have people like this not care
