On XX/XX/31, I sent a notice to validate to Medical Data Systems in regard to several items listed on my credit report under their collection. As a response, Medical Data Systems provided itemized medical records and balances obtained from the local hospital or services provided and medications received. They advised that the response was verification pursuant to Fair Debt Collection Practice Act, however this is a violation of my HIPPA rights. Medical Data Systems did NOT provide me a HIPAA release that releases my medical information to them, therefore by providing such information they are in VIOLATION of my HIPAA rights and therefore should not be reflected on my credit profile.
