I am filing this complaint because Medical Data Systems is in non-compliance of the FCRA and FDCPAI was given no time notice from Medical Data Systems or the credit bureaus before placing the inaccurate, unvalidated information in my credit Report. Documentation sent as validation is a violation of the HIPPA Law. On XX/XX/XXXX I reviewed my credit report and found Medical Data Systems. XX/XX/XXXX I mailed 2 letters certified due the reporting contact info 2 different address on XXXX and XXXX and at that time they were not reporting on XXXX. On XX/XX/XXXX letter sent to XXXX and XXXX to Validate debt, No Response as of XX/XX/XXXX. I recd a letter dated XX/XX/XXXX from Medical Revenue Service with documentation and nothing on the cover letter that they are one and the same as Medical Data Systems, their mail address is po box and their name is not on credit report. a copy of a statement sent to an address that is not mine. breakdown of charges along with type of treatment and procedure codes and a copy of privacy practices. On XX/XX/XXXX I mailed a letter to Medical Revenue Services requesting any agreement from their client that granted them the authority to collect on this debt, or proof of acquisition or purchase or assignment, I needed to know why they have information this sensitive. No Response.XXXX sent a letter notifying them they were in non-compliance FCRA Time of Notice. Again, asked for copy agreement and a copy of any HIPPA Authorization, XX/XX/XXXX sent letter to XXXX XXXX XXXX informing them furnishing my information to Medical Data Systems DBA Medical Revenue Service is not in compliance with HIPPA. No Response. I am also enclosing letters sent as of today to the credit bureau regarding the inaccurate reporting on and unvalidated account along with screen shot of this account from my XXXX monitoring highlighting inaccurate information.
