XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX emailed to me the closing contract from Traid. The closing date was XX/XX/XXXX. The contract was signed and delivered to XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX by XXXX XXXX of XXXX Fl. However, on XX/XX/XXXX, I received an email from XXXX at XXXX XXXX notifying me that Triad was not honoring the contract because they wanted the home to be my primary. This has caused a lot of stress and XXXX to me with them back out of the process this late, after the closing date.
