On XX/XX/2022, I sent written disputes via USPS mail in regards to unknown accounts reporting in error on my consumer credit report. Furthermore, after 45 days with no response, I sent another dispute request on XX/XX/2022 via registered mail with USPS demanding that these unknown accounts be removed from my consumer report immediately. However, it has now been over forty-eight ( 48 ) days and I have yet to receive any correspondences regarding investigating my disputes. In addition, according to the FCRA Section 611 ( a ), a failure to investigate consumer disputes within 30 days gives reason to lawfully remove those items from my credit report immediately. At this point, I am filing a formal complaint due to the consumer reporting agencies failing to comply with the federal laws that protect me as a consumer. Moreover, this entire dispute process is stressing me out and the unknown accounts reporting are impacting my ability to obtain reasonable financing to purchase a home for my family! Therefore, I am requesting for you to immediately remove the unknown accounts listed on the dispute letters or I will take further action and pursue litigation. Please review attachments for the dispute requests and thank you in advance for your immediate attention to this urgent matter.
