This XXXX XXXX account was charged off in 2018. Since then the account has repeatedly been updated as charged off every month. This is an update in the payment history which to my understanding charged off accounts should not include an active payment history. Need I remind you this also falsely manipulates the statue of limitations and the date of first delinquency has been illegally changed. Please note all changes after 180 days to charged off status is completely illegal
