XXXX has acted as a debt collector have have sent documentation to my abode without my consent. The documents they have sent me were both threatening and full of misleading information. Pursuant to 15 usc 1692b ( 5 ) the company has violated my rights by sending me debt collection information with a stamp on the letter head that proves they are in the debt collection business. This is a violation of my consumer rights. XXXX have also used false and misleading information in their attempt to collect a debt by stating I have an outstanding balance and a '' payment '' is needed when the account was started from my consumer credit card from the federal reserve. By including another company ECSI this debt collector has violated my rights under 1692f ( 1 ). A threat was sent to my abode and I demand that they cease all reportings of such alleged debt as well as send a full investigation of this alleged debt.
