I tried Making a purchase on my consumer card through Commenity Bank ( XXXX ) purchase did not go through and they still took the money off of the card. The Purchase did not go through on the end of XXXX but the card company states that I made the purchase. Every time I call, I am transferred to a different person and am told different information. I have been hung up on 4 times. Every time I talk to XXXX, I am told to talk to bank, and bank tells me to talk to XXXX. I have gotten no where. I am just trying ti get this resolved because I do not want my credit score to go down or owe {$3200.00} for a purchase I did not make.
