I am extremely disappointed in the service I am receiving from Experian. Im a victim of identity theft and they have made me feel as if Im in the wrong for pointing out the errors on my credit report in which are not mine. One of the agents I spoke to about the lowering of my score after disputing 30+ hard inquiries and XXXX open accounts with large debt amounts were removed from my credit report, I thought it would have raised it but one of the accounts Im still fighting to get it off caused a huge decline and that agent told me I should have left all the fraudulent stuff on my account and I wouldnt be worrying about a decline I was appalled by that and felt like Experian doesnt have much sympathy for the identity theft victims that rely on them to report correct and accurate reports since they are the ones in control of if I am able to get a business loan or not. As of right now Im having to put my business plans to a holt because I now have a fraud alert on my credit and the fraud account is still associated with my report. Because of their inconsideration and rude customer service im left to just shut down my life and have an embarrassing mark on my credit in which I cant complete my reconsideration to the XXXX and create income for myself. Im a victim and Experian is just kicking me down further rather than help me succeed. Oh let me add that I submitted a police report and still havent taken the incorrect account off.
