XXXX XXXX issued a check of {$340.00} to me for unpaid wages. The check was sent to an old address in New York. I was not in this state when this check was issued and cashed by Capital One. Capital One cashed a stolen check with my forged signature which posted XX/XX/2021. I was not in the state when this check was sent, received, nor cashed. The signature clearly looks nothing like my signature. I also have never been a member of Capital One. Capital One has sent me a copy of the stolen forged check they cashed and told me I would be on my own. I am now out {$340.00} because of Capital One.
