my wife recieved a email from our XXXX identity alert that her ssn had been found on dark web for sale. i started to put freezes on both her and my credit. XXXX was easy. however equifax has for the last 7 days been nothing but a endless loop of answer questions take out a account, which we dont want, and then told call us because we cant help you or verify your idenitity ever though they had ssn, dob, phone numbers and address i even had to go though secondary email varification and still no freeze, i tried twice with so called customer service and first time was hung up on and second time was told to send pictures of myself and my wife to equifax customer service or send all documents by mail. it is clear that equifax has major problems with no intension of correcting them
