I the Consumer, natural person, am aware that congress makes it clear that there is an abundance of evidence that abusive, deceptive and unfair practices pursuant to 15 USC 1692 ( a ) ( b ), 15 USC 1692e ( 2 ) ( a ) are being displayed such as False representation of character. And it has come to my attention that your response is based on an automated system which is in fact a violation of Consumer rights. In addition, who gave you the authority to furnish false and misleading information on my consumer report? I did not give you written instructions nor was this reasonable. You failed to comply to 15 USC 1635 ( a ) which states you must provide the appropriate forms that I have requested and you havent provided them, so thats clearly another violation. I REQUESTED THAT YOU SEND ME EVERY DOCUMENT PERTAINING TO THIS ENTRY THAT YOUR AGENCY USED TO VALIDATE THIS DEBT. You have also violated the FDCPA because you did not validate the debt after receiving my validation letter 5 days after you responded to my demand. According to the FDCPA this a {$1000.00} violation along with the others mentioned above.
