My account is automatically paid on the due dates. 3 times now after they take my payment, they say I still owe. I then pay that sometimes I pay it more then once. It's a higher interest rate for left over balance. They don't know why their system keeps doing it. Now my accounts have been denied, when I tried to use them embarrassing, and it's still delinquent. Upgrade.inc have been doing this for months now. No fix, no answer and this this it's 21 days later.no matter how many times I pay money o don't owe, it's still delinquent.
