Due to ongoing lawsuits, on top of communication strains caused by COVID-19, it has never been acknowledged that my information was taken advantage of due to a data breach subjecting me to fraudulent activity, and malpractice while several laws were being broken under the FCRA by TransUnion LLC XXXX This has caused me financial injury, defamation of character, and I am not able to get approved for my mortgage or refinance my auto loan. This has really hurt my ability to obtain credit, which is needed during this time in a pandemic. This is not only affecting myself but also my child, our stability, and our well-being.
