Hello, my name is XXXX XXXX and I have new and updated information on Transunion. I recently submitted a complaint through the CFPB regarding my right to receive correspondences electronically through the CFPB. Trasnunion responded with allowing up to 60 days to review. I am aware that within exercising my rights to dispute any inaccurate information on my consumer report I am entitled to 30 day dispute process from Transunion and that 30 days can only exceed 15 days out if I provide Transunion an updated information regarding the dispute. I am also aware that if I exercise my to right to receive the details of the investigation that those details must provided within 15 days of the date requested.
