This complaint is against capital one credit card services. In XXXX of XXXX, I sent a written notification to capital one of billing errors that appeared on my statement printed XX/XX/XXXX. This is as directed per the instructions on my statement. The notification was sent to Capital One XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX, UT XXXX You were notified in writing in XX/XX/XXXX as to billing errors discovered on my statement. No response was ever received. You were again notified in writing in XX/XX/XXXX of billing errors discovered on my statement. No response was ever received. You were notified again in writing in XXXX of XXXX of billing errors discovered on my statement. No response ever received. You were notified in writing in XXXX of XXXX of billing errors discovered on my statement. No response ever received. You were notified in writing in XXXX of XXXX of billing errors discovered on my statement. No response received You were notified in writing in XXXX of XXXX of billing errors discovered on my statement. No response received. You were notified in writing in XXXX of XXXX of billing errors discovered on my statement. No response received. The card ending in XXXX was not deactivated until XXXX of XXXX. No response was received for any of the written notifications sent in regards to this account within the specified time period specified. You first responded as to the outcome of the Identified billing errors investigation at the end XX/XX/XXXX. My phone calls were met with extreme resistance and extreme repetitiveness, creating overall confusion as to why and what all had been included in the disputes. The subsequent fraud case which was opened unbeknownst to me was deemed closed in XXXX. The response I was given over the phone was that it was my fault I continued to pay for the outstanding charges on my bill that were valid and that nothing would be done further. Despite capital one never canceling the card or providing any fraud protection of any kind. I was not aware the charges had not been reversed and continue to use the card as normal having never received any written notification or further instructions. Additional correspondence received in XX/XX/XXXX informing me of additional charges added to the case ending in XXXX. XXXX correspondence previously stated this case as closed. This is a demand for remedy for the outstanding refund owed to me in the amount of {$11000.00}. Copies of all written notifications sent to capital one have been attached.
