XXXX XXXX XXXX credit card frivolously and capriciously reported in inaccurate and misrepresentation of facts on account been late for two prevailing months as identified as a violation of Federal Truth In credit reporting, billing, and disclosures as a matter of law. Payments were made timely with the credit card company by account owner and holder. XXXX XXXX credit card company desperately transferred a full payment made by an account holder to XXXX in bad faith with misrepresentation or error created by them in processing the payments that resulted in accurate reporting of a late. To address these concerns, a letter was sent by XXXX XXXX credit card company last month as an apology and credit the account. And, was doing what is right to correct capricious billing practices. This account is not my account, nor account holder as authorized person to help resolve issues created unfairly by the bank actions. Inconclusion, this is not my account and non account holder. The person responsible told them to remove it immediately. The bank bank has failed to act in good faith by continuing to report inaccurate information that caused financial injuries.
