Sales associate named XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX, lied about the down payment required for the loan of my vehicle. I scheduled an appointment at XXXX XXXX XXXX and was pre-approved through Capital One Auto Finance and clearly informed XXXX that I did not want my credit to be ran because I had already decided who I was going to be financed by. With the required down payment verified by Capital One, XXXX gave misleading information stating my down payment was not {$630.00} as stated on my approval form from Capital One. He changed the down payment amount to {$4000.00} and never applied the amount to my loan. He stated it would be a deferred down payment and it was never reported. XXXX and the XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX stated that the XXXX insurance was required and mandatory in order to complete my purchase of the vehicle. Desperate to purchase a car for reliable transportation to be able to successfully flee my XXXX, I made the purchase and signed everything in less than 30min. Upon reviewing my financial statements I noticed the deferred down payment was never reported and the optional add ons were not mandatory, they were optional. Also, the terms do not match what is reported on credit reports. When I requested verification with all documents containing my wet signature, I received a document that contained a signature that was not mine. I believe the signature was forged.
