On XX/XX/XXXX, Capital charged me an outrageous interest charge of {$60.00}!!! and to be honest i have no idea why. I have not used the card because at the moment i am jobless and have not been able to pay. Capital One already knows i am XXXX because i have called before all my due dates and told that i have not been able to pay. They put me on a special finance program where i would not be charged late fees for 3 months and i thank them for that. But knowing how hard i am struggling, how could they charge me this outrageous fee for God knows what. When i had a job, i was making all my payments so its not like i am lying or a bad customer. this is ridiculous. They know that as soon as i am back up on my feet financially i will continue making payments. They even know the amount in my checkings account which is extremely low.
